Here are details specific to the Heaven of Gods II.
Shanderlay in Silver City, Fractal (Demesne has a window to the Void, any character can transmigrate from the demesne to the Void, any owner of the demesne can transmigrate from the Void to the demesne if not lost in the Void) - Euclidates
Paradise in Silver City - Serapis
The Bone Palace in Underworld, with Craft Hall, demesne's defenses can be coordinated by a dead character as if he were alive - Havoc
Luminopolis in Silver City - Kwammanga, Mab
The Hammer of Worlds: This artifact begins the game in the Void, from which it can only be retrived by Mordak and Yultan. (The process of retrieving the Hammer and creating the Earth technically occurs outside of the game rules. The outcome is predetermined and no character can change it.) The Hammer has the following powers:
Crown of Light: Font of Power (Ns): You may give one lump sum of mana to another character without incurring the toll. 
Sword of Smiting: Sword and Shield (C): Wielder of the artifact gains one extra trick. 
Magic Weapon Magic Weapon (C): Wielder of the artifact gains two extra blocks. 
Coronet of Light: Font of Power (Ns): You may give one lump sum of mana to another character without incurring the toll. 
Dazzle Heart: Dazzle (C): Your opponent is temporarily distracted. At the end of this round you disengage from combat. 
Amulet of Death: Enter the Underworld (N): Target may enter the Underworld while still alive. [1 / 0 if cast on self]
Magic Weapon #2: Magic Weapon (C): Wielder of the artifact gains two extra tricks. 
Obsidian Obliterator: Magic Weapon (C): Wielder of the artifact gains two extra tricks.  and Weapon of Obliteration (Ac): If the wielder kills a god, that god is obliterated. If a character surrenders to the wielder, that character is mutilated. 
Thou shalt not sneak attack another character. This law does not apply if the defender is in the Void, inside a demesne, or an outlaw.
Thou shalt not be a demonic ally.
Thou shalt not attack Serapis, Hope of Mortals.
